Our Resilient Leadership Programme offers a clear, evidence-based pathway for school leaders who are committed to creating thriving, trauma-informed environments where all staff and students feel safe, valued, and able to develop.

How It Works:

Leaders and staff anonymously complete our comprehensive School Inclusive Resilience Survey © (SIRS) , providing their views and understanding on 5 critical strands:

  • Strand 1: Psychological Safety and Wellbeing

  • Strand 2: Trust, Relationships and Belonging

  • Strand 3: Responsive Leadership and Inclusion

  • Strand 4: Policy, Practice and Environment

  • Strand 5: Staff Development and Supervision

A minimum of 30 members of staff need to be complete the SIRS across a school - this should include Leaders, Teachers and Support Staff over a 2 week period from the date the package is paid for. Questions are designed to capture honest and thoughtful responses which individuals may find difficult to talk about face to face.

Upon completion of the SIRS, the Head Teacher will receive detailed feedback highlighting the school's strengths and pinpointing specific areas for improvement. Leaders will gain a realistic picture of where their school community is at in terms of the 5 Strands of Inclusive Resilience.

This is a journey towards achieving excellence across all 5 strands which will signal a truly inclusive school, laying the groundwork for outstanding outcomes for all staff , children and young people.
